Having worked on both sides, I brought a unique perspective that helped providers navigate complex reimbursement challenges, optimize revenue, and avoid costly pitfalls. On the payer side, I managed provider networks and provider relations, leading the development of high-performing, cost-effective networks. I optimized clinical utilization, aligned provider incentives, and drove initiatives that improved quality outcomes while enhancing the efficiency and value of care delivery. A NOTE OF GRATITUDE: As an external partner, I had the opportunity to collaborate with key stakeholders across many of the Chicago area's leading hospitals, and I genuinely valued every interaction.
